Selling Items from Lion Brand Patterns

Well, I was pursuing my daily intake of crafting websites and blogs when I saw this nifty Lion Brand Post!  Crafters everywhere can sell the products they make from Lion Brand Patterns--but not the patterns of course.  Very exciting!  Now the question is, when will I have time to make any of this stuff?!  :D

K-9 and Company

It has come to my attention that I never posted a picture of my knit K-9, the robotic dog from Doctor Who.  I finished this last summer and the pattern came from *drumroll* The Doctor Who Pattern Book!

Phase 1: This is the side panel

Phase 2: K-9 is completely knitted but he needs his buttons and ears!

Phase 3: FINISHED!

...and what does K-9 travel in?  The T.A.R.D.I.S. of course!

This is a full length felt door covering put together with a little hand sewing and steam-a-seam iron on glue.  It's very easy to put together and only took about a week once I got all of the materials.  It even has a white erase board so the Doctor can leave K-9 messages when he's out!  :D

Eight weeks Later

Eight Weeks to the day tomorrow.  That's how long I've been crocheting this afghan, running out of yarn two to three times.  Always working away on something or another.  I am currently midway through the 5th stripe. (6.25 rws = 1 pound of yarn at this point!!)  To think that I'm going to keep on going until it's the size of a king size bed and right now it's big enough for a double!  Goodness gracious how much longer?!  :P  Well since I've run out of yarn at this location, I need to go back home for the next shipment with the same dye lot, there is no fear of this afghan getting bigger while I laze around to getting a picture up... right now!  I mean NOW! Well, maybe tomorrow :)
P.S. This is an aerial of the afghan on a King Size Bed... yes it is that big!  :)
